There is no English-speaking staff at the studio. Consultations are done through a translation app, and before any procedure begins, the design — shape, thickness, color — is drawn on and confirmed together in the mirror. Nothing starts until you've seen and agreed to it.
Foreign-issued cards aren't yet supported for the online deposit, so international visitors book without a deposit and pay on site instead, after the treatment.
All prices are listed in Korean won (KRW). If you pay by card, your card issuer converts the charge to your home currency at their own exchange rate.

A retouch is normally done on a return visit. If your travel schedule allows a second appointment before you leave, we'll book it in. If it doesn't, the artist will fill in as much as possible during the first session, so you leave with the best result the time allows.
